Total Hydronic Balancing (THB) is the simple and inexpensive adjustment of the flow rates, independently integrated supply valves and skids (shot). Hydronic balancing is performed in the factory.
Hydronic Balancing with Total Hydronic Balancing book (THB) is an important document for the hydronic installer and owner, especially if they want to change pumps, heating circuits, valves or skids (shot).
Total Hydronic Balancing consists of five pages that collect the results from the operation of the relevant elements. THB skids (shot) are checked for any faults that may occur after installation of the heating circuit. THB supply valves are tested for leaks, leaks that appear shortly after installation or in the operation of the system. The flow rates of the pumps are compared in all rooms after the system has been started and turned off again. The flow rates of the other connections remain unchanged. d2c66b5586
