For the GUI, matlabAUR also installs the GUIDE package. This package contains a number of useful scripts and utilities for matlab. As a user, you can create GUIDE as root and start interacting with matlab via it. Please refer to the matlab: configuring GUI page.
The VLFeat image is also available in the form of the VLFeat package. This package contains many useful tools for image processing. As a user, you can start interacting with matlab via it. Some useful scripts are in /usr/local/bin/ on our Linux servers and ~/.local/bin on Windows systems.
To update all dependencies automatically, download Matlab runtime from the docker repository, extract it and run ./matlab_runtime_update.sh. If required, run ./matlab_runtime_update.sh -d to update the docker container and run ./matlab_runtime_update.sh -c to update with clean container build.
Our results revealed that a reduction in dendritic complexity (index of neurite density) was the only significant difference observed in NODDI between patients and controls (p0.05). The NODDI subgroup analysis revealed that patients with bulbar involvement had a reduction in dendritic complexity, but this was not statistically significant (p>0.05). There were no significant correlations between disease severity as measured by the ALS FRS-R and dendritic complexity, as measured by NODDI (r=0.215, p=0.167).
